Uriah Butler 'Interchange'

Well they moved the overpass over the east-bound lanes a couple of days ago. I only recently found out that this much hailed 'interchange' is only going to affect west-south bound commuters. East bound and north-south bound will still have to stop for traffic lights!!! All for $700 MILLION ?!!!
