Bad Trini drivers

Took these pictures on my way up from Port-of-Spain. This is a regular occurrence, i.e., drivers, especially taxi (or 'H'-car) drivers driving up the shoulder. Of course the police are nowhere to be found. If we just had regular highway patrols, this sort of thing will be greatly reduced, if not gotten rid of!
